About us
Leda-VIN is a Macedonian company with deep roots and extensive experience, founded in 1991 in the town of Vinica, as a public trading company (JTD). Our beginnings were modest — a single small market and a big vision. In the following years, we expanded our presence with three additional stores, all located in Vinica, laying the foundations for a stable and trusted business. In 1997, with the name change to Leda-AS, we began our transformation from a retail business into a manufacturing company.
The company was founded and is still managed by Vlado and Lena Efremov, visionary and dedicated leaders who remain actively involved in running this predominantly family-owned business. Their determination and belief in domestic production were key to our strategic shift toward creating high-quality products for every home.
Our first steps in manufacturing began with the production of toilet paper and napkins. Guided by innovation and market needs, in 2000 we expanded our product range to include aluminum foil, PVC wrap, and baking paper. Today, one of our most innovative and practical products is the V-fold hand wipers for dispensaries, used in commercial and industrial spaces throughout the country.
Today, under the name Leda-VIN, we continue to operate successfully in the production and distribution of hygiene and kitchen products. Our products are available across the entire territory of the Republic of Macedonia, while our production facility remains in Vinica — the place where it all began.
We believe in quality, trust, and continuous development. Our mission is to provide practical, safe, and affordable products for everyday use, while our vision is to remain one of the leading manufacturers of hygiene products in the region.
